Three standards, each in writing.
WeatherLok Metal Roofing warrants that the products will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, so that each of the following holds true.
110 mph wind
Each WeatherLok panel will withstand winds of up to 110 miles per hour.
Fire and hail
The steel substrate will not burn, and it will not be penetrated all the way through by hailstones less than two inches in diameter, so the roof stays waterproof.
The coating holds
The surface coating will not materially deteriorate beyond normal weathering and aging, including minor granule loss, over the extended life of the warranty.
Who it covers, and for how long
The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser who paid for the WeatherLok panels in full, for the lifetime of their ownership of the property. If the property is sold, coverage continues for the new owner for fifty years from the date the panels were installed.
The remedy
If a WeatherLok product fails to meet the standards above, WeatherLok will repair the product or provide replacement products and labor, at its option. Full terms, conditions, exclusions, and the claims procedure are in the warranty document.

If you find a problem covered by the warranty, notify us within thirty days of discovering it, with your name, address, phone number, proof of purchase, and a description of the defect.
